Terms and Conditions
The rates apply throughout the entire year. There is is no difference between high or low season. Per week (7 nights) you pay €.750,- when occupied by 4 people.
When occupied by more then 4 people you have to pay an additional €.75,- per person per week.
When you rent the villa for four consecutive weeks you pay only € 2.750,- (4 people)
For more than 4 people the aditional rate mentioned above are applicable.
The rates for extra nights will be calculated in the same way as "Short stay". (see below)
When rented for a period less then 7 nights the rate will per € 120,- per night. (4 people)
When occupied by more then 4 people you have to pay an additional €.20,- per person
per night.
The villa is equipped for a maximum number of eight guests.
The number of guests as specified at the reservation may not be exceeded without prior consent of the owner.
The villa has a local household staff. The villa is completely equipped with linen, towels, cooking utensils, etc.
Cleaning of the villa and laundry of bed linen and towels are included in the rental price.
In case you want your personal laundry be done too, please contact Romah, your hostess.
She'll gladly do it for you for Rp. 10.00 (about one euro) per time.
You can pay this directly to her.
When you rent our villa there are no hidden expenses, such as surcharges or extra service expenses. Beforehand the guest will know what will be his expenses.
When you are satisfied about the service of the staff it is customary to give a tip.
Within seven days, after confirmation of reservation has been given, a payment of 30% of the total rent amount must be received by the owner. When this is not the case the reservation will be cancelled. The final payment is required 45 days prior to arrival at Lombok. When the reservation is made less then 45 days prior to arrival at Lombok, the total amount has to be received immediately. The complete amount, minus 300 Euro, will be refunded when the reservation is cancelled 60 days or more, prior to arrival.
With cancellations less then 60 days prior to arrival no refunds will be made.
A written notice (or E-mail) has to be received by the owner to make a valid cancelation.
For changes in the reservation, a € 50,- administration charge can be asked, when the booking has already been affirmed and the down payments have been paid.
There is generally no check-out time for our villa, unless this is early mentioned at the tenant. This can be necessary when new guests arrive the same day.
When you rent the villa, the transfer from and to the airport can also be arranged by us,
at the lowest possible price. If you want this service, please say so on the booking form.
The manager will be stand by at the airport of Mataram to welcome you at arrival and he will bring you to the villa.
At the arrival hall of the airport he will await you with a sign with your name on it.
Therefore it is necessary you inform us about your flight data and planned arrival time.
Also changes in the flight schedule must be reported, to guarantee his presence.
Reconfirmation of your home-flight can also be done by him.
The owner is not obliged to pay back an unused part of the reservation, due to any circumstances. Also he is not liable for theft or accidents.
Therefore a tenant should take out cancellation insurance and/or travel insurance.
If the tenant causes damages to the house or movables, or loses possessions of the owner (such as a key), the tenant will be held responsible for this.
The expenses for repair or replacement have to be paid by the tenant to the manager.
